The Minister of Education and Sports, Ogerta Manastirliu, during her visit to the “Androkli Kostallari” School in Shkozë, inaugurated the new SmartLab, which is equipped with 19 laptops. This lab will serve to enhance the digital knowledge of 263 students in the first and second grades of the school.

Manastirliu emphasized the importance of safety in schools and introduced new measures aimed at preventing violence and bullying. She noted that these initiatives are now part of the national strategy for the digitalization of schools in Albania.

In Tirana, 50 schools have been equipped with SmartLabs, while across the country, 300 labs have been installed through collaboration with the AADF and the World Bank. The goal is to equip an additional 600 schools with SmartLabs over the next two years.
